工作职责
1. Pre-onboard: contract prepartion, onboard documents preparation, new hire notice email, EWF equipment application;
2. Onboard: SAP data input, 智翔通data input, employee discount number, Documents collecting;
3. Contract renew: renew list maintain & renew notice to BP, contract preparation & sign, SAP system maintainance;
4. Termination: SAP term action, Termination process handling, leave certification handling;
5. SAP maintainance: SAP reporting line maintainance, transfer & promotion SAP maintain;
6. Other filing works
任职资格
-University students, bachelor above, English/ HR/ Psychology major are preferred.
- 在读学生,本科及以上,英语、人力资源或心理学专业学生优先。
- Excellent communication skills (English and Mandarin) and organization skills with flexibility and perseverance.
- 出色的沟通能力(英语及普通话)和组织能力,具有灵活性和毅力。
- Good organization skills with flexibility and perseverance.

- Good problem resolution capabilities.

- At least 3 days a week, long-term work is preferred.
