Responsibilities:
- Support CRM & Retail Marketing operation, including but not limited to resolving WeCom-related issues, tracking gift redemptions, preparing mall communication assets, and coordinating clientele message blasting.
- Prepare and monitor regular CRM KPI and activation reports.
- Assist in the development and execution of client engagement activations, work closely with suppliers and retail team.
- Conduct research and compile insights on competitor activities.
- Support administrative and financial processes.
Requirement
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above with major in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 3 days on duty each week.
- Strong sense of responsibility and keen to details.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to use Excel (Vlook-up, Pivot Table is a must) and other tools for basic data processing..
- Proficiency in written English for daily email, report compiling, etc.
