Main Accountabilities and Duties:
· 1. Website: Maintain and manage intranet and internet with local communication team, content collecting and
editing.
· 2. Creative concepts: Develops creative concepts related to all communication vehicles in accordance with corporate communication branding guidelines. Oversees work provided by internal and/or external resources.
· 3. Events: Support events and exhibitions execution to increase corporate image, internal communication and
to support business.
· 4. Materials: Support to plan or sort out sales literature to support sales activities and product launches.
· 5. Network and open-minded: Maintains a positive and integrated network with colleagues to promote knowledge of current practices and innovation.
· 6. Others: Support administration assignment when required
Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
· Education background: university+; interested in marketing communication or social media
· Working experience: event/ marketing related experience is plus
· Skill: HTML and photoshop ability are plus
· English Ability: average, be able to verbal and email communication in English
