职位描述：
职位描述 // Responsibilities
- 支持短视频产品新加坡市场日常内容运营工作，负责运维音乐/特效后台、曲库管理与推荐、歌单创建及简单原声编辑等；
- 持续关注本地社区流行内容和话题，挖掘本地热门音乐并助推爆款内容，为短视频/直播活动提供优质创意；
- 与团队紧密合作，协助运营相关工作，参与相关项目策划与执行；
- 对平台运营数据表现进行分析与总结，推动后续优化内容策略和表现提升。
- Support short video platforms daily content operation in Singapore market, responsible for music/effect backend maintenance, music library management and recommendation, playlist creation, and simple sound editing;
- Actively monitor local content trends and topics, identify trending music and build viral content in local market, be an active contributor for local content/live streaming campaign ideation;
- Work closely with the team, assist in related operation tasks, participate in project planning and execution;
- Analyze and summarize platforms data performance, implement progressive changes to optimize content strategy and overall performance.
职位要求 // Requirements:
- 熟悉新加坡当地社会文化，对本地音乐和内容趋势敏感，对短视频平台有基本认知;
- 具有团队合作精神，自驱且结果导向，能够适应快节奏环境，有好奇心、乐于学习;
- 英语听说读写能力优秀，熟悉当地社会文化;
- 本科或硕士在读，北京工作，每周4天、可持续4个月以上者优先；
- 熟悉设计、音视频编辑类软件优先。
- Familiar with Singapore culture, sensitive to local music and content trends, has basic understanding of short video platforms
- A team player who is self-motivated and solution-oriented in a fast paced environment; a curious mindset to explore new practices and a strong desire to learn
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Current undergraduate or postgraduate student; based in Beijing; expected to work 4 days a week for at least 4 months.
- Familiar with design, audio and video editing software is preferred.
