Job Responsibilities Conduct laboratory experiments and testing activities according to project requirements, including sample preparation, testing, data recording, data analysis, and timely reporting. Assist in routine calibration, maintenance, and upkeep of laboratory equipment to ensure proper operation and accuracy. Support laboratory 5S activities and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Prepare and submit experiment reports and technical documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Comply with company HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) policies and procedures, and promptly report any concerns or incidents. Support R&D projects related to the Hygiene and Paper & Cardboard markets. Complete other tasks and assignments delegated by the line manager and engineering team. Qualifications Undergraduate or postgraduate student majoring in Science, Chemistry, Materials, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines. Laboratory experience is preferred; fresh graduates or students with strong interest in laboratory work are also welcome. Well-organized, diligent, responsible, and detail-oriented. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork skills.
