Job Responsibilities
BI X Shanghai is developing digital solutions for the benefit of humans and animals. Tracking data captured by mobile devices can be part of such solutions.
The intern Fullstack Developer will explore and develop concepts for tracking different kind of data channels. The concepts are to be exemplified in small apps for iOS and Android, with data capturing on the mobile device and storing data for further analysis in a cloud based backend solution.
- Explore data channels and information streams available on mobile devices (iPhone, Android phone) which can be sued and could be of interest for healthcare
- Develop a simple mobile app as a showcase of capturing data, pushing data to the backend close to real time, develop backend solution capable to manage data
- Document the approach and the concept, documentation of the example solution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or close to Bachelor Degree, or other related filed
- Basic knowledge of APP development and usage of API of iOS and Android (Apple HealthKit and Google Fit, or equivalent APIs)
- Proactive and self motivated, able to work as a part of a team in a fast – paced environment
