Job Summary:

Channel Commercial Assurance Intern ’s primary responsibilities are to help CCA team to archive audit related reports,  files and supporting documents, update finding summary and audit follow-up sheet, pre-audit supporting for on-site audit and involve in Distributor Risk Indicator project supports to ensure CCA operation smoothly and efficiently. 

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

1.   On-site audit follow-up supporting, including: 1) archiving working paper supporting documents against index (including E-copy and hard-coply) and audit reports 2) following up with off-line signature 3) context proof reading in case of any misunderstanding or typo 4) finding summary update according to the audit reports issued recently 5) audit follow-up summary sheet

2.   On-site audit pre-work supporting, including: 1) 1st round data analysis of any variance if needed 2) retrive last year audit supporting documents if necessary 3) calculation for pre-onsite scoping 4) check distributor audit notifications。

3.   Follow Up audit supporting, including: 1) 1st round check and filing; 2) provide 1st round suggestions for further review

4.   Distributor Risk Indicator project supporting, including: 1) perform the data analysis for monthly/quarterly/yearly fluctuation 2) set up the distributor risk indicator 3) draft meeting minutes 4) support ad-hoc case audits

5.Support CCA team in other ad-hoc assignments. 

Education& Qualifications:

A Bachelor or Master Degrees in Economics/ Business Administration / Audit/Accounting related subjects.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel/Word/PPT and other related software systems.
