Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Communication: Assist in the communication of brand new product launch campaigns, including agency coordination, schedule planning, and communication of selling points review.
• Assets Support: Support the coordination of product promotional materials and celebrity promotion materials.
• NPD Support: Conduct regular competitive analysis in the haircare category and consumer insight research, extract core selling points, and provide support for new product development.
• Operational Collaboration and Process Management: Coordinate with internal departments to complete daily SOP tasks, including system processes such as sample application and PO procurement.
Requirements
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree or above program.
• Able to intern for at least 4 days per week for more than 4 months; priority is given to candidates available for long-term internship.
• Possess good communication skills and team collaboration spirit.
• Interested in the beauty hair category with a good beauty sense.
