职位描述:
岗位职责: 1. Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming front desk presence 2. Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications 3. Maintain a clean and organized reception area 4. Provide basic information about the company to visitors and callers 5. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation as needed 6. Ensure security protocols are followed for visitor check-in and building access 7. Coordinate with facilities management for any reception area maintenance needs 8. Manage business card, access card, and stationery orders 9. Update seat layout as needed 10. Support office leasing contract renewals 11. Assist admin team with other office daily operation tasks 职位要求: 1. Education: Senior year or educated 2. Communication and coordination skills 3. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, customer oriented 4. Experience knowledge in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 5.Prefer those with similar experience.
