o Support digital marketing campaigns协助执行数字营销推广活动 o Support content asset management协助内容管理 o Support social community management协助社交媒体管理 o Support administrative tasks assigned in Digital Marketing team协助数字营销团队日常工作 o Additional support in other projects and activities within Marketing Communications team 根据实际情况,协助营销传播团队内部其他项目和活动
基本要求Required Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 本科及以上学历或者同等学历。 o Previous experience in social marketing including content creation and layout editing preferred. 优先考虑有社交媒体营销经验者优先。 o Strong Integrity and Ethics with high degree of confidentiality. 极强的诚信与职业道德。 o Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. 关注细节,良好的组织内部沟通能力和人际关系处理能力。 o Great team player. 良好的团队合作能力。 o Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment. 有能力同时处理并完成多项任务,能够在快节奏的工作环境里独立工作。 o Ability to think in a holistic consumer centric manner, leveraging key insights from stakeholders across the organization and external agency partners. 能够站在消费者的角度全面思考问题,善于整合来自公司内外部关键合作伙伴的意见和建议。 o Good Presentation skills and thorough use of PPT. 良好的表达能力,并能熟练使用PPT。 o Excellent written and oral English and Chinese skills. 的中英文书面及口头表达能力。
