BMW中国材料耐久及车辆安全部门正在招募实习生！欢迎你加入世界五百强车企研发中心，亲身体验精益求精的德国工匠如何将先进材料与加工工艺运用到车辆生产中，还会跟随研发工程师学习车辆结构中的耐久测试，通过你的知识与智慧解决项目实施中的问题，积累项目管理经验。在舒适的办公环境和良好的团队氛围中，相信你一定能收获丰富的实习经验！ 【Qualification / 任职要求】 • Undergraduate or postgraduate student in universities / 本科或研究生在读 • At least 4 days a week for 6 months / 每周至少四天，持续六个月（全勤者优先） • Engineering background, major in Vehicle/Mechanical/Material/Chemistry engineering are preferred / 理工类专业背景（车辆，机械，材料，计算机，人工等专业优先） • Fluent spoken and written English, German is plus / 英语口语和写作能力优秀，德语加分 • Proficient skills in MS Office / 出色的MS Office软件运用 • Strong interpersonal skills, which able to work in a multi-culture environment / 沟通能力强，能够在多元文化环境下工作 • Passionate and persistent for work / 工作有热情，有恒心 • Driving license without bad driving behavior is preferred / 有驾照且无不良驾驶行为优先 【Responsibilities / 实习内容】 • Support project engineer on coordination with suppliers and technical evaluation / 支持项目工程师进行项目管理：供应商沟通，测试实验评估等 • Set up localization part status list included results and timing / 建立并更新项目管理表：包含时间信息，项目状态信息等 • Analyze component test results and write test report / 车辆零部件测试结果分析并撰写测试报告 • Analyze vehicle safety evaluation results / 车辆安全测试结果分析 • Support daily administration / 组内日常工作协助
