Requirements:

• Performance Analysis

-  support daily/weekly/monthly update eCommerce operation performance analysis report based on requirement;

- support ad-hoc data analysis based on business needs;

• Data Analysis

- support on monthly competitor data collection and findings summary, in regard to promotion activity, product offering, sales quantity, customer feedbacks, etc.

- support on ad-hoc data collection and analysis based on business needs

• EC Weekly Meeting Preparation

- weekly performance review data collection and analysis;

- meeting room booking & meeting minutes drafting;

• Monthly Report

- support on AS internal monthly report data consolidation and analysis;

- support on PLH monthly report data consolidation and analysis;

• Administration

- support eCommerce project management admin tasks, e.g. meeting support, etc.

- translation of key reports to management

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Marketing or Business Administration

• Internship in Automotive industry and Aftersales field is a plus

• Proactive attitude, diligent, stress resistant, willing to learn

• Fluent with MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)

• Committed and available to work at least 3 days a week for 6 months

Working Hour:  9AM - 6PM
