Role Summary/Purpose :

The Marketing Intern supports Marketing Communication department in facilitating and parparing marketing programs within a region or product modality. Well operation and implementation support to marketing programs, including trade show, road show, workshop, training and printings.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Working closely with the marketing communication team to develop and implement plans and strategies that develop brand awareness, create demand and generate sales leads • Implementing and ensuring compliance with corporate branding and visual standards, and delivering right brand message to the target customer group consistently • Creating and well managing promotion tools to strongly support new product launches and vertical promotion • Well support to implement promotion activities and initiatives, including advertising, web strategy, trade shows and events, and to meet desired results • Work closely with the marketing communication team to apply measurement tools to evaluate and improve effectiveness of marketing programs and materials. • Managing customer database and profile, and using direct marketing programs for more focused, accurate and effective target group promotion Quality Specific Goals: 1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position 2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines 3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns

Qualifications/Requirements :

• Major in Marketing, Advertising, Language, Biological Science or related field. • A quick learner and sense of logical • Diligent, open-minded, good team communication skill • Creative and energetic. Able to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) as well as Microsoft Office tools
