Job responsibility( include but not limited to): *Assist in purchasing order release and tracking status *Follow up the agreement review process and assist signature and chop application *Purchasing agreement documentation (tracking, scanning, and listing) *Assist buyer to tracking invoice grief clearance
Requirements: *Good organizational skills, the ability to adapt to new conditions, assignments and deadlines *Basic knowledge of MS Office suite *Working patiently and meticulously during the peak time *Internship experience would be an advantage
