2024 Summer Internship Program- Foundation Dullness Evaluation & Digital App Makeup foundation dullness is a hot topic among Chinese makeup consumers, which can influence consumers' preference and purchase behavior. There are already some publicaitons and we also had 2 pervious studies exploring foudation dullness/ darkening phenomenon, but they're seperate and not well framed, so it's necessary to consolidate all the results/learnings and build up a concrete ecaluation architechure, to guide formulation innovation. Besides, Digital app is China initiated digital tool that can realize remote evaluation by using consumers' own cellphone, we also want to check the added value of our digital tool for foundation dullness (eveness) evaluation. Job Responsibilities • Desk research on foundation dullness or darkening (papers, CMI lernings, internal instrumental studies, etc.) • Collect and clean data from previous studis, summarize and characterize signs of foudation dullness/drakening • Build instumental evaluation architechure for foundation dullness • Digital App: previous data deep dive to check added value of e-tone for dullness evalutation; CPD benchmarking data deep dive (historical data analysis ) Requirements • Strong data analytics background, preferably majoring in Data management or Statical Analysis, • Fast learner, good team work • Summer internship duration: Full-time for 8 weeks, expect beginning in early July to ending in late August Internship harvest • Project delivery will be measurable and allow interns to take full responsibility rather than merely playing a supportive role. • Line Manager will provide timely coaching & feedback to intern as needed to facilitate quick integration. • The innovation of the project will be evaluated as one of indicators in Summer Interns' final presentation. • Regular training will be provided to summer intern.
