[6 months, 4-5 days/week] Name of Project: Powertrain calibration dashboard Objectives: - Project targeting to sort out existing tool chain and development steps with focus on powertrain calibration, form up a dashboard to centralizae all necessary info, and benefit for the Calibration KPI/Issues/Testing/etc. tracking during development and life cycle period. Main Tasks: - Orgnize all existing digital/online/offline tools for existing projects - Consult and define necessary info from different info channel which will be needed for upcoming projects - Consult and define calibration KPIs and criteria/process to reach it - Centralize all necessary info into one dashboard, to better track the KPI and target fullfillment status. Learning Opportunities: - It's good chance to be familiar with OEM developmlent process, especially the powertrain. Besides, also opportunity for exercise of building up digital Dashboard with Python or others. Key Qualifications: - Familiar with Python or other computer science lanugages for digital tool/dashboard. - Fluent English language skills - Knowledge of automotive drivetrain technologies and ECU software development essential - Analytic and systematic thinking - Self-responsible working attitude and initiative - Intercultural competence and communication skills with various hierarchy levels.
