Criteria for the BD internship are the following: 

1. Good Excel and PowerPoint skills

2. Fluent Chinese writing skill for drafting news post 

3. Fluent English level for writing purposes.

4. Stress tolerance

5. Duration: longer than or equal to 6 months is better

6. Bachelors or above degree
