Job description:
1) Help to follow up FBP Event orders (selling item, SPM, olfactory tool, wrapping): make sure all the orders are fulfilled, order status follow up for timely arrival in China, raise warning if issues, replenishment, update the master file, communicate updates among Chanel teams, reserve local stocks.
2) Support on the logistics of locally produced items: coordinate delivery with vendors and Chanel teams, communication with vendor, PO, ensure timely arrival of full quantities requested
3) FBP event staff and training support (external and FBP staff): training venue planning and booking, logistics, support and prepare the materials for training, coordination of staff plans, support to track cost and manpower budget
4) FBP event report (daily + weekly + post mortem report): data extraction, consolidation and analysis of qualitative feedback
5) POS tool: consolidate information from different teams, support operational tasks for the implementation, logistics, reports
Location: HKRI, Jingan District, Shanghai
