英文CET-4优先

Accountabilities:

Ø  Generate daily report in accordance with Customers’ requirements.

Ø  Tracking & tracing for partial and irregular shipments and update daily report.

Ø  Support C/S agent to answer the inquiries from overseas or customers.

Ø  T&T events input .

Ø  Create invoice checking list in accordance with contract rates and sent to Customer for confirmation .

Ø  Issue debit notes and Tax invoices according to customers’ instruction .

Ø  Generate profit report and close file monthly.

Ø  Coordinate with broker to get import declaration sheet returned in one month. 

Ø  Make various reports according to manager’s requirements.
