岗位职责:
1.协助HR进行简历筛选、职位发布以及刷新,维护招聘渠道等;
Assist HR Relay to recruit, such as CV screening, job posting/refreshing and so on;
2.协助HR安排候选人入职前的准备事宜;
Assist HR to facilitate candidate’s on board process;
3.与候选人进行专业沟通约面;
Making phone calls with applicant professionally and arrange interview for HR team;
4.协助HR处理其他事物;
Others duties assigned by supervisors.
任职要求
Requirements
1.本科大三大四及研一研二在校大学生;
Second-year graduate student;
2. 勤奋踏实, 学习&沟通能力强;
Hard-working,Fast learning Good communication skill;
3英文读写流利;普通话流利;
Good command of English (spoken and written) and Mandarin;
4. 电脑操作熟练,熟悉office软件使用;
Good command of computer skills, and familiar with Office software;
5.周一至周五可工作4-5天,可连续工作3个月以上;
Can work 3-5 days a week, continuously for 3 to 6 months.
