Arcade Account Servicing Internship Program

Arcade helps brands play a more meaningful role in people’s lives. As a young and enthusiastic agency, we need to be curious about our clients, the brands they serve, and the industry trends of the brands.

The account servicing team in Arcade is responsible for managing all the multiple projects and clients simultaneously, and of course, the multitude of personalities involved. As the point of contact for clients and the link between client and internal teams, we must be enthusiastically adaptable and great communicator.

We need to depict the clients’ mystic comments to effectively work with the Planning team to brief the Creative team, in order to inspire great creative work that answers the client’s brief and comments. Not only do we need to deal with the requests and problems from both sides, we also need to work closely with the Project Management and Finance teams to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.

In this 3 month internship program, not only will you be able to assist the AS team in real on-going projects to understand and develop a strong relationship with your clients, you will also learn how to manage internal teams in a creative Interns Team project to be presented to the entire agency at the end of the program.

Daily Tasks:

-      Daily monitoring of client brand and industry news

-      Learn how to prepare and review creative presentation based on client briefs

-      Learn how to effectively summarize client meeting minutes

-      Learn how to write a creative debrief

-      Working with PM team on timeline and deadline management

-      Arranging and attending internal and external meetings

-      Ensuring smooth communication flow internally

Weekly Tasks:

Organize with the other interns to collate all the interesting brand/industry news that you have found over the week, combined with the creative interns’ interesting case studies and the planning team’s youth behavior insights, to create a weekly newsletter to be shared with the entire agency.

Monthly Tasks:

Taking the weekly newsletter a step further, to organize with the other interns to put together a presentation of the summary of this month’s trends/case studies/ insights, and develop a learning summary to be shared with the clients.

At the end of the 3 month program, you may take your learnings and identify any possible opportunities for new projects for either an existing client, any potential brands that you would like to work with, etc. It’s up to you and the other interns to discuss based on an open brief! Now that you have an understanding of what it’s like to work at a small, agile creative agency, there is the opportunity for a full-time position. We want you to enjoy your time here and learn from each other!
