Job Description

Support Process team to finish related process work of Assembly line. 支持工艺工程师完成装配线的工艺相关工作。    

Includes new process or equipment introduction, new project introduction, current process maintenance and improvement, customer complain support, and related documents preparation.   包括新工艺或设备导入，新项目的导入，现有工艺维护和改进，客户投诉的支持，以及相关文件的准备。

Job Responsibilities 

New process or equipment development and validation,series production control and related personnel training. 新工艺或设备开发和验证，量产的控制以及相关人员的培训

  New poject introduction, includes trial run tracing , trouble shooting and series production control. 新项目的导入，包括试运行的跟踪，问题解决以及量产的控制

  Current process maintenance and improvement,retest rate and scrap rate reduction, OEE and productivity increase. 现有工艺维护和改进, 降低重测率和报废率，提高OEE和生产率                  

  Customer complain support, focus on root cause analysis,corrective action and prvention action implementation. 客户投诉的支持,主要包括根本原因分析，改善措施和预防措施的执行                

  Related documents preparation, includes Flow chart,PFMEA, Control plan, QAM, Partlist, WI and record sheet. 相关文件准备，包括流程图，潜在失效模式分析，控制计划，品保矩阵，零件清单，作业指导书和记录表   Finish other assigned tasks 完成上级安排的其他工作
