Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will support either digital campaign execution or SEO-driven growth initiatives. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to help plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns while improving organic traffic and content performance across digital channels.
Digital Campaign
Assist in the daily execution and coordination of digital marketing campaigns, as well as industry and competitor case studies
Support social media content publishing, including asset organization, basic copywriting, and content scheduling
Assist with content creator collaboration execution, such as creator list management, content collection, publishing tracking, and basic performance follow-up
Support the execution of user engagement activities and UGC programs, including guideline preparation, submission collection, and data consolidation
Track campaign performance and assist in basic analysis (e.g. impressions, engagement, participation), supporting campaign recap and reporting
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Assist the SEO team with keyword research, competitor analysis, and monitoring search trends.
Help optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, and image alt tags, to improve search engine rankings.
Assist in publishing blog posts and SEO landing pages.
Participate in monitoring and analyzing website SEO data, support report writing, and track optimization performance.
Learn and practice the latest SEO tools and techniques (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, and other SEO tools).
Requirements
Undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related fields
Strong interest in digital marketing, campaign execution, and SEO/organic growth
Familiar with major social media platforms (e.g. Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Instagram, YouTube); understanding of platform dynamics is a plus
Basic understanding of SEO concepts (keywords, on-page optimization, search intent
