Job responsibilities:

As an HR Intern you will be guided by internal mentor and responsible for supporting operations team in head office of Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the Local HR Business Partner, you will be providing administrative support on HRIS, recruitment, internal trainings, team events and workshops.

Support recruitment activity in sourcing, tele interview, Interview arrangement for external recruiting.

Support HR system input especially GPS input for personal file.

Support staffing activities such as on boarding process, employment notification, labor contract review and exit procedures.

Support learning activities such as courses assignment on line, induction and inhouse training organization

Support inclusion and diversity activities such as event organization and data follow up.

Take initiatives in various HR projects and support on Ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Bachelor and above, HR related experience is preferred

Good data processing and analysis skills

Efficient delivery with well-organizedbehavior and team spirit

Good communication skill both in English and Chinese

Be able to adapt in a changing environment and handle multitask under dedicated timeline.

Be optimistic and resilience in dealing with challenge and pressure
