Responsibilities:
1.Optimize the HR structure and fit the growth of the business.
2.Finish the industry research and market research of HR. Support the HR on the data side.
3.Support the talent acquisition team of daily hires and employer branding.
4.Build up the organization culture and daily activities of HR.
5.Other tasks assigned by HR Team.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor or Master students no limitation of major. Strong motive for HR management and consulting.
2.Fluent in written and verbal English.
3.Good communication skills, proactive and good team player.
4.Capable of working 4 days each week.
