SUMMARY/SCOPE OF POSITION:

This role will work in the AP Materials Planning team which is responsible for optimizing inventory in distribution centers in line with target customer service levels. You will assist senior planners in the team focusing on data analyzing and involve in various regional and global project with regard of inventory optimization, demand planning process, regional supply chain network redesign and Master Production Scheduling for AP Manufacturing plants etc.

Duties:

1)      Assist planner in daily work, extracting data from different sources and performing basic data analysis

2)      Assist in publishing weekly reports on inventory/stock fulfillment/E&O etc.

3)      Inventory rebalance with STO creation in SAP and follow-up

4)      Support execution of short term demand forecast process, evaluate risk both on meet customer want and inventory, plan and implement contingency plan to improve material availability.

5)      Support Master Production Scheduling team with data analysis and system execution

6)      Other duties as required by leaders

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

7)      Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field, understands basic supply planning logic

8)      Good analytical skills grounded in disciplines related to planning and inventory management.

9)      Proficient in excel

10)  Proficiency in English, both oral and written

11)  Interacts with the cross functional team members well and is a team player

12)  Detail oriented and patient
