Job Specialization:

U.S. & U.K.-focused Deal Origination:

1) Identify qualified prospective U.S. and U.K.-based sell-side institutional clients who are primarily based in the United States and other western countries looking to raise capital, license out their assets, or execute a liquidation strategy;

2) Reach out to the identified prospective institutional clients proactively, and follow up in time if necessary, and schedule introductory meetings and conference calls with them for senior bankers;

3)Identify strategic and financial buyers and investors with a good fit for the identified prospective sell-side institutional clients by conducting database research, online research and other forms of secondary research;

4) Develop pitch books;

5) Develop accurate buyer and investor lists; deliver buyer/investor lists and pitch book to the prospective sell-side institutional clients on time;

6) Schedule catch-up calls or meetings with prospective institutional clients;

7) Manage engagement letter preparation and execution;

8) Manage invoice execution.

U.S.-focused Global Deal Execution (U.S., Europe, Asia Pacific & Middle East):

1) Buyers and investors CEOs, Managing Partners, and other chief officers identification and contact information search;

2) Send marketing materials and schedule online meetings and conference calls between buy-side and sell-side chief officers;

3) Buy-side and sell-side chief officers online meeting and face-to-face meeting organization and hosting;

4) Presenting investment highlights of the engaged client company to CEOs, Managing Partners, and other chief officers on the buy-side;

5) Manage the execution of legal documents such as non-circumvention and non-disclosure agreement and non-disclosure agreement (NCNDA);

6) Perform four-way corporate valuation;

7) Construct and maintain data room;

8) Manage due diligence;

9) Letter of Intent reviewing and execution management;

10) Review transactional contracts;

11) Manage confirmatory due diligence;

12) Support negotiation.
