Basic Requirement •Must stay student identity during whole internship •Must fulfill 6 months internship, 5 days per week •Starting date ASAP
Brief Description of Assignment •Employee Life Cycle Management, including prepare new comer onboarding materials and contract extension and probation for employees •Support HR Team to prepare employee certificates, include dispatch letter, income certificates and etc. •Manage the personal file/ HR documentation •Maintain employee system and other relevant tasks •Other ad-hoc projects
Qualification Requirement •Bachelor degree or above •Reliable, patient and accurate in details, able to work in a team environment and being responsible •Fluent oral and written English and good communication skills •Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously •Skillful in MS-Office application, i.e. Word, Excel, PPT
