Job Objectives : Support Porsche China's Strategy, Product and Services Department in implementing digital strategy projects; assist with project tracking, data analysis, management reporting, and cross-departmental and head quarters coordination; and provide support for business decision-making and project execution.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Project Follow-up(70%): Support life-cycle tracking and execution of Porsche's digital strategy projects. Develop and maintain the digital portfolio landscape and optimize resource allocation. Conduct regular KPI tracking and data analysis on key strategic indicators and deliver data-driven insights. Assist in defining and aligning business priorities and digital focus areas. Assist with the communications or on-site support with German head quarters; provide comprehensive operational and coordination support.
2. Integrated Operations & Collaborative Support(30%):Undertake daily cross-functional communication and coordination to ensure project miles tones and issue closure. Organize content, optimize logic, enhance design, and format PPTs for critical management presentations. Support the department’s day-to-day operations (such as procurement processes, etc.).
Job Description:
1. Prior internship experience in the automotive industry is preferred. Background in consulting, strategy, project management, data analysis, or digital management is a strong plus.
2. Strong ability to quickly learn and understand projects as well as strong execution skills are required.
3. Full-time student status during the internship with excellent academic performance; overseas study background preferred.
4. Must be available to start on September1(mandatory),and able to commit to a 4 to 6-month internship, 5 days a week. Gap year students are welcome to apply.
5. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) as the role involves business communication in English. Prior experience in international companies is preferred.
6. Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Think-cell; able to independently create high-quality, logically structured, and professionally for matted presentation materials
7. Outgoing, confident and professional in cross-departmental communication (involves interaction with core management).
