Internship Details
Job Title: Purchasing Intern
Internship Period: >= 6 months;
Part Time/ Full Time: minimum 3 days per week, full time is a plus;
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (not limited, can evolved according to the skills):
Ø Perform punctual Tactical and transactional tasks
n PR/PO Process and document archiving
n Supplier information maintenance
n Sourcing for one-shot purchasing
n Internal communication with requesters/buyers/finance and external communication with suppliers
n Tracking arrears orders/overdue payment
Ø Commodity buyers : support the commodity buyers to collect and analyze data to consolidate the spend with all APAC entities (Transport for example), can participate on the negotiation for some projects
Ø Continuous improvement : Automatize the management of the purchasing KPIs (daily, weekly, monthly) with Power BI and robot
Ø Other assignments by supervisor.
Required Competencies – Education / Knowledge / Skills:
- Master in major of Purchasing or IT skill with interest in Business
- Good command Microsoft office, especially Excel, Power BI, and IT skill, open to local and foreign students
- Strong English ability (oral and written), French is a plus;
- Manage multi-tasks and be a good learner;
- Guarantee student identity during whole internship period.
