Main Responsibilities:
1. 3D printing business support, including data processing, print execution, post-processing, basic equipment maintenance and coordination of part handovers. The depth of involvement depends on length of service and experience. All team members are generally required to master print execution and post-processing. Due to the high workload this year, it is necessary to define plans and continuously monitor equipment operating conditions to ensure the successful completion of print jobs.

2. Preparation work for OTD hardware measurements, including verifying vehicle information, adjusting tire pressure, cleaning measurement areas, and other pre-measurement activities. Also participates in some scanning measurement tasks, such as assisting with computer operations during measurements.

3. Support for 3D scanning activities, including placing reference markers (primary and time-consuming task), preparing and connecting scanning equipment, equipment calibration, conducting part of the scanning work, and restoring the vehicle turntable after scanning.

4. Support for projects by organizing, sorting, classifying, and scrapping reworked or defective parts.

5. Support the team’s IT coordinator in establishing system workflows of 3D biz, such as building the ZE-122 Budget Pre-Process workflow, conducting testing and validation with the IT department, and supporting final deployment and release.

6. Administrative and operational support, including processing expense reimbursements, ordering office supplies, handling outgoing mail and seal/stamp requests, collecting PPE on schedule, assisting with safety inspections, translating foreign-language documents, organizing employee welfare distribution, and coordinating team activities.
