Main Responsibilities:

·         To support ongoing projects within Nestle Development Unit, Nestle Professional by fulfilling the following tasks.

·         Prepare samples in the prototyping lab with bench top equipment

·         Characterize the prototypes and analyze data

·         Collaborate with professional chefs to value the prototypes in target

·         Attend brainstorming session for ideation workshops to generate new product concepts.

Qualifications:

·         University students with 2nd year of bachelor completed ,or above

·         Complete fundamental courses in Chemistry, physics and Food Science

·         Fluent in written and oral Chinese and English

·         Proficiently in Microsoft Office
