岗位职责:
1.负责校对英文合同与英文商务谈判材料等公函
Translating and proofreading English contracts and business documents
2. 运用语言能力协助上级领导做好商务沟通工作,包括商务接待、沟通与协调等工作;参加会议、提案等公务活动,协助翻译与记录。
Assist leaders in business communication, negotiation, communication and coordination; Participate in meetings, presentations and other official activities, assist in translation and recording.
3.收集分析潜在客户信息和相关行业市场情况;
Collect and analyze potential customer information and relevant industry market conditions
4.完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求:
1.的英语听说读写能力;
Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
2.具备较高的职业素养和保密意识;
High professional quality and confidentiality awareness;
3.熟悉商务礼仪,具有良好的沟通协调能力,能灵活处理各种突发事件,思维敏捷;
Familiar with business etiquette, have good communication and coordination ability, can deal with emergencies ,quick thinking;
4.具备市场分析、商务谈判、公共关系管理潜质;
Potential in market analysis, business negotiation and public relations management
5.熟练运用OFFICE办公软件;Proficient in OFFICE software
