本岗位为长期实习,每周最少工作4天,实习期10个月。工作地点北京。无销售业绩要求。
Job summary:
Provide day-to-day sales support to sales teams in their sales activities and efforts to meet the sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Be responsible for sales coordination internally and externally. Supporting sales activities and revenue generation, including but not limited to order entry, backlog management, delivery support and process implementation for project delivery and standard delivery
- Be responsible for preparation of supporting material for customer product, system and project enquiries
- Monitoring payment/AR status, coordinating with customer for payment collection and timely highlight risky AR to sales team
- Coordinating with customer and cross-functional areas to support, resolve claims and improve customer satisfaction
- Documentation management: preparation, double checking, filing etc.
- Assisting sales manager where needed and support sales teams in various administrative tasks
任职要求:
留学归国人员,大专或本科学历在校学生,应届生、往届生。
能够用英文作为工作语言进行日常工作。
熟练使用各类办公软件。
工作经验不限。
