Responsibilities:
- Assist the Test Manager in vehicle management, including scheduling test vehicles, tracking maintenance records, coordinating logistics for on— site/off—site testing, and ensuring vehicles are properly equipped for test activities.
- Maintain and update test management documents, such as test plans, schedules, and progress reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the team.
- Help organize team meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action
items to keep projects on track.
- Monitor test progress, flag potential delays or issues to the Test Manager, and assist in troubleshooting minor operational challenges.
- Assist in data collection and basic analysis of test-related metrics to support decision—making.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative or coordination tasks as assigned by the Test Manager.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with different teams.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Interest in test management, project coordination, or automotive/engineering-reIated fields is a plus.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
