主要职责/Your Responsibilities:
Intern Recruitment & Management:
• JD posting, candidates screening through various cannels.
• Phone interview and key information integration.
• BU Interview arrangement and feedback tracking.
• Recruitment tracking list maintaining to promote intern recruitment of various departments in orderly and compliant way.
• Communicate with candidates on intension after interview.
Departmental administrative support:
• Support on key team projects or other recruitment related projects as required.
岗位要求/Required Qualification:
• Highly interested and willing to learn in HR field.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, German is a plus.
• Team working spirit and positive attitude under pressure.
• Multi-tasking, problem solving and cross-departmental coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Bachelor’s Degree or above (must have student status currently).
