职位名称：采购部实习生

工作时间：每周出勤3-5天，可持续至少3个月

工作地点：上海市静安区常德路800号   

实习待遇：176元/天（税前）

岗位职责:

1.       PO/DPO creation and update. （PO/DPO采购订单创建及更新）

--Accurate and timely data input into PROPMT to track production status;

准确和及时的数据输入到PROPMT系统以跟踪生产状态；

--Notify respective merchant the PO number after creation ,etc.

创建生成订单号后提供至供应商等。

2.       Cut and allocate color standard （协调分配颜色样本标准）

--Help merchants match the color name and color code with the seasonal color standard;

帮助匹配颜色名称和颜色代码与季节性颜色标准;

3.       Parcel dispatch （物流调配）

--Complete application form, perform mutilation and stamping as instructed by merchants;

与供应商沟通协调填写申请表；

--Pack samples by destination and submit to on site courier staff before cut-off time;

在截止时间前联系快递人员提交包装样品；

4.       Assist daily operation.（协助部门日常工作）

职位要求:

1.       Bachelor degree or above;

本科及以上学历在校生；

2.       Detailed oriented, fast paced, good initiative, strong sense of responsibility;

重视细节,可适应快节奏工作，有较强的规划能力和责任心；

3.       Excellent typing skills and well-verse in Microsoft Office;

卓越的打字技巧，精通MS办公软件；

4.       Good verbal and written communication skills.

良好沟通表达能力。
