Job Responsibilities:

· Assist to handle customer technical claims from set makers or car makers.

· Assist to prepare the analysis report for customer.

· Assist to collect the feedbacks from team colleagues on the PCN/IN changes.

· Other assistance daily tasks for the team.

Job Required:

· Fluent oral and written English is preferred.
