Your Responsibility 岗位职责

主要工作内容：

1. 法律研究与法律检索；

2. 中英文合同审阅；

其他工作内容：

3. 与FDI与ODI咨询业务有关的文件起草；

4. 其他交办的事务。

We expect 职位要求

1. 法学院在读研究生或大三以上本科生；

2. 具备流利的英语读写能力；

3. 工作积极主动，具有良好的人际关系；

4. 有扎实的民商法基础；

5.一周至少到岗4天，至少实习3个月。
