Responsibilities: 1. Community Content & Growth Manage and grow our presence on key overseas social media platforms (e.g. Discord, X, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram). Support the creation of high-quality community content such as videos, memes, announcements, event posts, and guides. Understand overseas content trends and help adapt them into engaging community content. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and community voice across platforms. 2. Creator Collaboration Support creator programs and initiatives that encourage players and influencers to produce content for our games. Assist in identifying and communicating with content creators across different platforms. Learn how influencer marketing and creator ecosystems work within the gaming industry. Help coordinate creator campaigns, community challenges, and content collaborations. 3. Player Sentiment & Communication Monitor player sentiment across community platforms and identify key discussion topics or feedback. Engage directly with players through discussions, campaigns, and community activities to strengthen player relationships and trust. Understand cultural differences across overseas regions and how they influence player expectations. Act as a bridge between players and internal teams by summarizing community feedback and insights. Provide localization insights and recommendations related to player communication, features, and community initiatives. 4. Project Ownership Proactively support or contribute to community campaigns, creator events, and player engagement initiatives with your own insight.
