Job Description ( Responsibilities ):
1 Assist in creating marketing materials including posters, short videos, social media visuals... using AI design and video generation tools.
2. Assist to manage the company social media accounts, including Douyin, WeChat, Xiaohongshu and other platforms, assist in content posting, comment interaction and data recording.
3. Collect, categorize, update, and archive marketing documents, data, campaign materials, and digital assets.
3. Provide comprehensive support to the Marketing Manager in meeting planning, exhibition coordination, and on-site operational execution.
4. Help coordinate cross-team communication and implement daily marketing tasks as assigned.
5. Assist in data sorting, simple report compilation, and promotion of internal marketing workflows.
6. Assist with daily marketing administrative tasks and other tasks sales task if needed
Requirements:
1,Current student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (bachelor’s degree completion not required; sophomores, juniors and postgraduate student are welcome).
Strong interest in AI and event management (prior internship experience in marketing or events is a plus, but not mandatory).
2 Proficient in basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel for data entry, PowerPoint for simple presentations, Word for document editing); familiar with social media platforms (e.g., Douyin, WeChat) is a bonus.
3.Be available for 3-4 days a week at least
4,Excellent organizational skills: ability to follow task deadlines, prioritize work, and support multiple trade show-related tasks at once.
5,Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (ability to communicate clearly with vendors or team members).
6,Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn; able to work independently and collaborate with the marketing team.
