JOB PURPOSE/ MISSION
The aim of this job is to support marketing and consumer insights functions and activities in a given category element (brand, client, product application), so as to achieve their objectives and better positions themselves to target clients in China.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contributes to the creation of relevant reactive and/or proactive presentations for our clients;
• Contributes to the identification and processing of key findings in consumer insight studies;
• Help to organizes sharing sessions and workshops for clients;
• Helps produce new concepts for brands, discover and consolidate new consumer insight learning;
• Analyzes market dynamics for the category and show their relevance to clients;
• Contributes articles to the newsletter on the category/ technology;
• Owns the updates of specific category files or processes (eg: category drive update).
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Personal competencies: Able to contribute to team success, quality oriented, continuous improvement
• Ability to manage projects and task independently and/or with guidance from managers from start to finish
• Good understanding of FMCG categories e.g. skin care, hair care, fabric care, house care (useful but not a must)
• Excellent written and spoken English is a plus
