Assist HR & Admin manager with overall administrative support, i.e. vacancy external posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, recruiting tracking log updating, attendance report creation, training administrative work etc.;
为人事行政经理提供全面人力资源管理支持,如:招聘 (广告发布、简历筛选、面试预约、招聘进度表更新)、考勤报告生成、培训行政事务等工作; Assist the new staff on-boarding; 新员工入职流程相关事宜办理; Assist expatriate visa, work permit application; car rental and payment, housing,children’s schooling etc. as well as other daily support for the expatriate’s (family) relocation logistics; 外籍高管签证、工作证申请资料协助;长租车管理及付费、租房、子女就学费用支付报销等,为外籍人员及随行家属本地工作生活提供日常支持; Assist in the primary meeting/events by providing support on visitor transportation, hotel booking etc.; 协助公司重要会议或活动安排,如:为访客提供交通、酒店预订等; Office supplies management; including delivery, water, office snack, stationery, etc; 办公室供应管理:包括物流(快递)、饮用水、小食品、办公文具等; Effective management of incoming calls and visitors reception professionally; 专业有效接听外部来电及前台访客接待; Facility landlord interface; 办公场所物管对接; Other tasks assigned by managers. 及其他由经理交办的工作任务。 KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: 知识及技能: Major in Business Administration, Public Administration, Chinese Language and English Language Bachelor degree and up; 工商管理、行政管理、中文、英文专业本科及以上学历; Good at English speaking, writing and reading. 英语听说读写流利; HR & Admin internship experience preferred, especially recruiting experience; 有企业人事行政部实习经验者优先,尤其是招聘工作经验; Computer skill: Office Word, Excel, Power point, etc. 熟悉电脑操作:Office Word, Excel, Power point, 等等。当前职位已下线
