§ Recruitment execution & interview arrangements for HR & BU with meeting rooms well organized
§ Recruitment database management, and interviews following up
§ Candidates communication and organization (e.g. coordinating with candidates about interview schedule& recruitment process, and booking flights & arranging meeting room)
2. Staff Entry/turnover
§ Assist HR Consultants with the whole process of staff entry/turnover, file archives and database updated
3. Intern Management
§ Intern requirement analysis with different departments.
§ In charge of intern recruitment process, CV selection & phone interview included
§ In charge of intern entry/turnover process, and intern database building up
4. Other Supportive Work
§ HR Report
§ Translation Work
§ Project management
§ Other supportive work to assistant HR Consultants’ work routine.
Work Requirements
1. Junior students or above
2. Major in HR or other related is preferred
Skill Requirements
1. English: CET-6, good at writing, listening, speaking and reading
2. Computer: proficient in Microsoft Office
Time Requirements:
1. Work at least four days per week
2. Able to work at least 6 months
