Job Content: 1. Review prototype order scope (drawings/3D / BOM / volumes / price / footprint) and define prototype production process. 2. Define and request (SAP PR) materials, tools and equipment 3. Support material, tools and equipment availibilty, define lead-time 4. Make prototype assembly and tools calculations and negotiate with customer (internal/support-external) 5. Define internal workload (AV hours) and negotiate production timing internal (PDP / Testing)/external (CBU/customer) 6. Lead Quality, Cost& Delivery performance. Set targets, implements plans, track daily results, make appropriate adjustments in resource planning in order to attain desired results 7. Develop visual production planning (flow charts, instructions, welding sequence) 8. Track prototype progress in line with production plan 9. Participate in CORE TEAM meetings, 10. Ensure document control / traceability (folder stucture, tracking number, file upload) by collecting all relevant project data (e.g. customer packaging specification, deliver note information) 11. Ensure financial requirements (Customer PO, LTI, WBS, work order, Delivery note) 12. Coordinate SA with Proto shop and CORE team, ensure customer specifc standards (e.g. 3D measurment report validation) 13. Coordinate specification and design for Prototype tools/fixtures with CORETEAM (PML, mPDL) /Specialst/Expert 14. Set cost targets for prototype manufacturing, purchase materials and tools and control actual cost Qualification: University of grade 3 students in engineering.
