Job Description
· Generate and maintain weekly service reports as required; · Data analysis such as KPI analysis, service employee data analysis; · Analyze customer survey feedback; · Support service motion/project implement (follow up appointment rate, mobile service etc.); · Keep meeting minutes; · Other duties per request;
Requirements
· University/Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of training and experience; · Intelligent self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment; · Proficiency with Excel; · Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese;· Driving license is a plus;
· On-site working;
· Start ASAP;
· At least 3-4 days attendance per week.
