You are:

• Fluent in English
• 1 year customer-facing experience
• Good communication & synthetic skills
• Tech-savvy & strong interest for the latest technologies in the Chinese digital landscape
• Familiar with Email, Google Drive, Docs & Sheets
• Familiar GitHub, LinkedIn & Trello

Job Responsibilities:

• Improving existing client satisfaction
• Managing the CRM system: collect, update & record leads
• Qualifying and drawing up customer needs
• Coaching freelancers for interviews
• Following up with clients & freelancers about the work experience
• Making proposals & pitching >100K digital projects
• Promoting Coderbunker within our tech community & with companies
• Meeting with CEOs, CMOs, CTOs & building a strong network. Participate in the digital transformation process
• Taking briefs from clients & stakeholders
• Communicating risks, technical issues & alternative solutions
• With the Sales team, following up with clients & stakeholders about the projects technical viability, cost & timeline
