Key Objective:
- Support the "Strategy, Business Development" Team on the implementation of strategic projects and coordination with the respective functional departments.
Major Responsibilities:
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on the China/Global automotive industry, customer behavior trends, and insights.
- Facilitate the preparation and/or organization of senior-level workshops, meetings, and other team administrative needs.
Personal and Professional Qualifications:
- A basic understanding of the automotive industry is a must.
- Master's or senior Bachelor's student majoring in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields (with an automotive focus).
- Prior experience with management consulting, investment banking, and corporate strategy is preferred. (An automotive focus is a strong plus.)
- Strong skills in desktop research, analysis and report writing.
- Strong language skills in English (written and spoken), German are preferred.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and rapidly adapt to changing priorities are essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communication, are required.
Expected onboarding time: May 2025.
Length of internship: Six months, 5 days/week.
Requirement: During the internship, the intern shall maintain his/her student status.
