WE 互惠生中心全称为Wanderlust Exchange，隶属于上海昆塔文化传播有限公司，致力于为中国家庭匹配海外互惠生和中国学生出国参加互惠生项目，海外学生来华做志愿者等对外文化交流项目。本着“分享爱，分享快乐，分享语言，分享文化，分享无界”的跨文化使命，WE致力于减少文化隔阂，促进文化融合，传播中国精粹文化，帮助互惠家庭的孩子们轻松习得外语，拓展国际视野，成为世界公民的一员。 Wanderlust Exchange (WE国际互惠生中心）offers overseas as well as domestic students with opportunities that integrate educational travel, Mandarin learning, childcare and English tutoring together for them to explore Chinese culture. Fundamentally, we love what we do: bridge culture divide, help children to grow, help students go through an off-the-beat experience that could potentially change their lives. If you identify yourself with us, please contact us! Job position: Program Coordinator Job responsibilities: 1. Play a coordinating role between au pairs and host families 2. Make weekly follow-up calls to both host families and au pairs 3. Plan and carry out cultural immersion activities on a monthly basis ( such as calligraphy class, taiji class, short trips to surrounding cities and etc.) 4. Update social media on a regular basis, which includes Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Wechat, Weibo, Youku) 5. Administrative work 6. Deliver orientatioin to new au pairs upon their arrival 7. Pick up au pairs at the airport The following skills and experience are desirable: 1. Excellent English (with a TEM-8 certificate or relevantEnglish certificate would be a plus) 2. Excellent communication skills and public speaking skills.Candidate must be well spoken and able to easily interface with clients and au pairs. 3. Effective time management and multi-tasking skills, able to independently managing projects at a range of scales. 4. Exceptional coordination and interpersonal skills. 5. Creative, patient and love challenges.
