·         The key responsibilities of this role will be:

Ø  Review and respond to credit card payment chargebacks for Stubhub.com

Ø  Deliver regular case volume and review reports to internal customers

Ø  Understand transaction process of online ticket marketplace

Ø  Understand basic knowledge of payment risk controls

Ø  Raise and track escalations

Ø  Operational data summary and analysis

·         The scope includes the routine operational processes of payment chargeback research, review and respond, escalations with billing and trust & safety partners;

·         Coaching and training will be provided along with handling tasks, working closely with teammate who share the same responsibilities.

·         The routine tasks will be measured against pre-defined service levels, productivity and quality targets.

·         Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Management

·         Knowledge of e-commerce and online payment (Credit Card/ Debit Card)

·         Working hard with great responsibility

·         Experience with MS Office Excel/Word/PowerPoint

·         Excellent communication skills. Fluent English (CET 6) is preferred.

·         Willing to accept and function in a constantly changing, fast paced environment

·         Flexible and willing to take on different tasks as needed
